  • Strategic technical oversee & vision : provide strategic oversight and technical M&E support for USAID/BHA Development/Resilience Food Security Activities (DFSA/RFSA), Feed the Future and other similar activities implemented by CARE USA.
  • Program Performance and Quality: ensure that the M&E Specialists/Managers have access to the latest and most effective M&E guidance, protocols, indicators, and methods required for use in such programs
